Dedication:

"Pet Grooming is a calling, not just a job" - For the past 13 years, I Thiago, had the privilege to groom many dogs and cats and along the way, create beautiful relationships, not only with pets but also with their owners.

I’ve also acquired a few specialties and lots of experience, so naturally I'm happy to teach and work with my employees everyday so every client gets the same quality service!

  • Puppies – For 7 years I ran a grooming shop inside a puppy store. There, I was able to work and learn with puppies of all different breeds and manage their first baths and haircuts. I learned how It’s crucial to make sure that they are treated properly and handled with love, so they can enjoy a lifetime of grooming, and not be traumatized by it.
  • Doodles - I’ve studied a lot and continue to take classes and courses about all the new hybrid breeds and types of Doodles and their Do’s. It’s a taunting and tiring job for a lot of groomers, but I believe with the proper training, it can be a very fun and satisfying job to groom a Doodle. I’m also focused on educating parents on how to proper brush and maintain such breeds. They require teamwork between owners and their groomer but most importantly, a brush!
  • Cats – Having rescued a kitty 13 years ago, I know how Felines are easily overlooked but they deserve just as much love and care. Granted they will need way less grooming than a dog, I would say 3 to 4 times a year. But it’s important to start early with bubble baths and nail clipping, to desensitize and set them up for success in their future. Cat’s appointments are preferably made in the morning and most times an assistant is required to be present, to provide a safe and relaxing experience.
